Services

Two kinds of project. A new site if you don’t have one worth keeping, or a careful rebuild if you do.

A new site

For a business with no website, a Facebook page standing in for one, or a site so old that starting over is the sensible choice.

  • A short working sessionto gather your services, hours, photos and the words you already use with customers.
  • Custom design, built for phone optimizationbecause that’s where most of your customers will see it.
  • Your hours, location and services where Google can read themas real text, not pictures of text.
  • A contact form and the tools you already usesuch as booking, ordering or maps.
  • Launched on your domain, on hosting in your namewith a written guide and no retainer.

Redesign and migration

For a site that still works but is losing customers, where the Google ranking it already has is worth protecting.

  • Content inventory and full URL crawlEvery page, image and address on the current site, listed before anything is touched.
  • 301 redirect map and URL preservationOld addresses keep working, so links, bookmarks and search results still land somewhere useful.
  • Integration migration and testingBooking, ordering, maps, forms and tracking moved across and tested before launch.
  • Staged cutover with rollbackThe new site goes live in a controlled step, with the old one ready to come back if needed.
  • Search Console setup and post-launch monitoringGoogle is told about the change, and I watch for errors in the weeks after.

Every ECB website includes

The quoted price is never raised unless you request an add-on.

  • Discovery and content intake

A working session to get your services, hours, photos and words in order before anything is designed.

  • Custom responsive design

Designed for phone optimization, because that’s where your customers are. No templates.

  • Structured, editable content

Pages built from plain data files, so making changes never means starting over.

  • Contact form and integrations

A form that actually reaches you, plus the booking, maps or ordering links you already use.

  • Set up for Google and local search

Your pages labelled so Google can show your name, hours and location the way it shows established businesses.

  • Deployment, domain and SSL

Set up on hosting in your name, with your domain and a secure certificate.

  • Ownership transfer and written handoff

You get the keys and a short written guide. No retainer, no lock-in.

Add-ons

Not part of a standard build. Ask for any of these and it goes on the quote with everything else.

  • Additional page
  • Copywriting
  • Photo sourcing and editing
  • Blog or events section
  • Multi-language version
  • Rush delivery
  • Additional revision round
  • Google Business Profile setup
  • Content update after launch

How quoting works

After the first call you get one number in writing, with everything it covers listed underneath. That number doesn’t move unless the scope does, and if the scope changes mid-project I’ll say so before doing the work, not after.

  • Deposit

50% to start, the balance at launch.

  • Revisions

Two rounds are included in every project.

  • Ownership

You own your domain, your hosting account and your code from day one.

  • Timing

The 7 days begin at the time I receive all deliverables.

What I don’t do

No custom software, no monthly retainers. If your business needs one of those, I’ll say so on the first call. Sticking to that is what makes the work fast.
